A complaint may be filed with a District Commission by the consumer to whom goods are sold or service provided, where the value of goods/services paid does not exceed one crore rupees.
File complaints up to Rs.1 crore at the District Consumer Commission. You can file in the district where you live or where the opposite party operates.
