Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
An application for compensation arising out of an accident may be made by the person who has sustained the injury, or by the legal representatives of the deceased, to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal.
Accident victims or families of the deceased can claim compensation from the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal.
