Any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified or is aggrieved by a decision of the Public Information Officer may prefer an appeal to the First Appellate Authority within thirty days, and a second appeal to the Information Commission.

In simple terms

If you do not get information or are unhappy with the reply, file a first appeal within 30 days, then a second appeal to the Information Commission.
