Right to Information Act, 2005
There shall be no obligation to give any citizen information disclosure of which would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, security, strategic, scientific or economic interests, relations with foreign States, or which is forbidden by any court.
Lists information that is exempt — national security, trade secrets, personal information with no public interest, cabinet papers, etc.
