**Step 1:** he market committee must prepare a development plan and obtain an estimate from an engineer approved by the Director of Agricultural Markets and Rural Finance, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar.
**Step 2:** The proposal must be submitted through the Deputy Director and District Registrar Co-operative Societies of the respective district.
