Resident of Delhi for more than 5 years before the date of application
The family income of the applicant should not be more than Rs 1,00,000/ per annum.
The applicant should have an Aadhaar number
The applicant should have a тАШsingly-operatedтАЩ account in any Bank in the National Capital Territory of Delhi only for receiving the payment through Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
