As per the scheme, the following benefits are given to the girl child whose parents are domicile of Andaman & Nicobar Islands:

पात्रता (कौन ले सकता है)
The applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Andaman &amp; Nicobar Islands.
The applicant must be a woman or a girl child to avail benefits under the scheme.
The applicant must be born on or after 01.10.2013 to receive full benefits.
Girl children between 0–13 years, born before 01.10.2013 and not covered under the Planned Family Scheme, should be eligible only for educational incentives after passing Class VIII.
