The assistance is provided for the first marriage alone.

The assistance is available only for two daughters in a family.
The application should be submitted 30 days prior to the date of marriage.
The annual income of the parent/guardian should not exceed тВ╣2,00,000.
The applicant should not be receiving financial assistance from other sources.
The marriage should be performed in accordance with the law.
The bride should have attained the age of 18 years.
The bridegroom should have attained the age of 21 years.
