**Step 1:** Visit the [Official Website](https://www.jkbocw.gov.in/Ask.aspx) of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Jammu and Kashmir.
**Step 2:** In the 'Construction Worker' section, click '[Register Now](https://www.jkbocw.gov.in/DynamicPages/MemberRegistration.aspx?f=C)'.
A signup page will open.
On the page, fill in all the mandatory details and then click on 'Send OTP'.
Fill the OTP received on your mobile number and click 'Verify OTP & Submit'.
After validation of the OTP, a confirmation message with Login ID and Password will be sent to your registered Mobile Number.
**Step 3:** On the next screen, enter your Username and Password and fill in the captcha code.
