Eligibility (who can apply)
The applicant should be an industrial worker/employee.
The applicant should be registered with the Goa Labour Welfare Board.
The applicant should have a minimum of 6 months of continuous service to the Board at the time of application.
The monthly salary of the applicant should not exceed โน20,000/-.
The age of the child of the applicant should be between 5 to 10 years.
The child of the applicant should be studying in 1st to 4th standard.
The child of the applicant should be enrolled in a recognized, aided, or private school.
Preference is given to workers with no more than two children.
How to Apply
**Offline**
**Step 1:** The interested applicant should take print of the [prescribed format](https://labour.goa.gov.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/SCHEME-2-converted.pdf) of the application form for the scheme from the Official Website of the Department of Labour and Employment, Goa.
**Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
**Step 3:** The interested applicant should submit the duly filled and signed application form and the documents through their employers or through the Heads of Educational Institutions where their child is studying, to the Secretary, Goa Labour Welfare Board, 4th floor, Shram Shakti Bhavan, Patto Centre, Panaji, Goa - 403 001.
