How to Apply
**Offline**
**Step 1:** The interested School Education Committee / Urban Education Committee, after identifying the necessary repair works, should prepare a detailed proposal that includes all the essential details such as cost estimates, etc.
**Step 2:** The interested School Education Committee / Urban Education Committee should submit the proposals (along with the copies of the required documents) to: ***Directorate of Education, Porvorim, Goa - 403 501, 0832-2416139, 0832-2416023, 0832-24160332.***
**Post-Application Process:**
The Director of Education after scrutiny sanctions Grant-in-aid to the extent of 75% of the estimated cost expenditure of the works as first instalment per work for the execution of minor works to the school buildings.
**NOTE 1:** Apply within the prescribed period (if any).
**NOTE 2:** Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.
Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
