  2. - The application form can be obtained from the District Sainik Welfare Office and must be submitted to the concerned office.
  3. - The following documents are required to be attached with the application: Attested copy of the Battle Casualty Report of the Martyr Soldier/War-Disabled Retired Soldier, Attested copy of the Part-II Order of Battle Casualty, Certificate of Dependents, Estimation of Building Construction/Repair Work issued by the Junior/Assistant Engineer, Certificate from the District Sainik Welfare Officer confirming that no Residential Assistance has been availed by the applicant from the State Government in the past.
  4. - After verification at the District Sainik Welfare Office level, eligible applicants are provided the sanctioned amount through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
