The applicant should be a resident of Jammu and Kashmir.
The applicant should be a widow.
The widow's age should be 40 years or older.
The widow should belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.
The applicant should not be receiving pension benefits under any other social security scheme.
आवेदन कैसे करें
**Offline**
**Step 1:** The applicant should visit the Tehsil Social Welfare Officer (TSWO) in the concerned area. during office hours and request a hard copy of the[ prescribed application form](https://cdn.s3waas.gov.in/s3f4b9ec30ad9f68f89b29639786cb62ef/uploads/2018/01/2018112294.pdf) from the concerned authority.
**Step 2:** Fill in all the mandatory fields in the application form.
Paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all necessary documents (self-attested, if required).
**Step 3:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Tehsil Social Welfare Officer (TSWO).
**Step 4:** Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.
Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
