Eligibility (who can apply)
The applicant must be aged between 25 to 50 years.
The applicant must have passed at least Class 10 from a recognized educational board.
The applicant must possess at least one year of experience in the proposed business activity or relevant training from a recognized institution.
The applicant must be either an individual artisan/entrepreneur or part of a Grade-II active Self Help Group engaged in small-scale production. The applicant's proposed project must be located in a rural area with a population not exceeding 20,000.
The applicant must not represent a partnership firm, private limited company, joint venture, HUF, or similar commercial entity.
For SC/ST, women, and physically handicapped applicants, additional benefits are provided as specified in the benefits section.
How to Apply
**Offline**
**Step 1:** The interested applicant should visit the District Industries Centre (District Ughogh Kendra) of their district, and collect the prescribed format for scheme application from the designated staff.

**Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
