Eligibility (who can apply)
The applicant should be a specially-abled person as per the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995.
The applicant should have a minimum disability of 40% or more.
The applicant should be a native of Rajasthan.
The applicant should be between 18 and 55 years of age.
The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed ₹2,00,000/- from all sources.
The applicant should not have availed of benefits under any other self-employment subsidy scheme like "Kiyosk Yojana" etc.
The applicant should not have any overdue loans from banks, cooperative societies, or government institutions.
The applicant should possess a valid disability certificate and passbook.

**Step 1:** The interested applicant should visit office of the District Social Justice and Empowerment Officer and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.

**Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
