The annual income of parents/guardian of the student is upto Rs. 2 Lakh.
Students from Other Backwards Classes study in all government-aided and recognized state educational institutes (subject to budget availability).

First of all, click on the Option available in Student Section (by OBC students) on the [website.](https://scholarship.up.gov.in)1.
Complete Student Registration.
To fill out the application form.
Take a printout of the application form.
To deposit prints out along with all enclosures in the educational institute.
Verify and forward the application form to the educational institute.
To verify and forward by the education officer.
