Eligibility (who can apply)
The applicants must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh state.
Such elderly persons whose age is 60 years or more and who do not have proper means of care/upbringing and who have minor children and whose family annual income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35,000/- Or;
Such elderly persons whose annual family income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35000/- are eligible for the scheme.
How to Apply
**Offline**
**Step 1:** Download the [Social Security Pension Application Form](http://esomsa.hp.gov.in/sites/default/files/scan0001-44250128_0.pdf).
**Step 2:** Fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the recent passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested).
**Step 3:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned authority at:
- Office of Panchayat
- Tehsil Welfare Officer
- District Welfare Officer.
