लाभ

• A total reimbursement of up to ₹ 25,00,000 per unit for the expenses incurred towards the filing of patents during the policy period.
• This incentive shall be provided in the form of reimbursement of up to ₹ 2,50,000 for every successful domestic patent, and up to ₹ 5,00,000 for every successful international patent.

**NOTE 1:** The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded.

**NOTE 2:** Units can avail this incentive for patents that are granted during the operation of the policy period.

पात्रता (कौन ले सकता है)

• All the new and existing units must have their operations in Goa.
• The applicant must be one of the below:
• Proprietorship Firm
• Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
• Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
• Registered Partnership Firm incorporated under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (or equivalent)
• Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (or equivalent)
• The bank accounts of the unit and/or its partner(s)/director(s) should be linked to Aadhaar.

आवेदन कैसे करें

1. **Online**
2. **Step 1:** Visit the [Official Web Portal](https://goaonline.gov.in/) of Goa Online.
3. At the top right corner, click "[Register](https://goaonline.gov.in/Public/userRegistration_af)".
4. **Step 2:** On the next page, verify your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP.
5. You will be redirected to the Registration Page.
6. **Step 3:** On the Registration Page, fill in all the mandatory fields of the registration form.
7. Create a Login Name and a strong Password.
8. Carefully read the Declaration and the Terms & Conditions, and tick the checkboxes.
