यह छात्रवृत्ति ओबीसी छात्रों को पूर्व-मैट्रिक स्तर पर अध्ययन करते समय आवश्यक वित्तीय संसाधन प्रदान करने के लिए डिज़ाइन की गई है ताकि वे अपनी शिक्षा पूरी कर सकें।
