**Step 1:****** Visit the [Official Website](https://cmscholarship.goa.gov.in/) of the Chief Minister Scholarship Portal, Government of Goa.
**Step 2:****** At the top right corner of the landing page, click "Register".
You will be taken to the [registration page](https://cmscholarship.goa.gov.in/fregister.aspx).
**Step 3:****** On the registration page, under the "Student Registration" section, click "Click Here".
In the Student Registration Form, fill in the following fields:
Student's Name, Gender, Category, Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY), Aadhaar Number, House Number, Waddo/Street, Village Panchayat/Municipality, District, Taluka, Assembly/Constituency, City/Town/Village, PIN Code, Mobile Number, Email ID.
- The applicant should be studying in classes 5th to 8th on a full-time basis.
- The applicant should belong to a Scheduled Caste or Other Backward Class.
- The applicant's parent/guardian's annual income should not exceed тВ╣1,20,000/-.
**1. As per "Stipend under Saral Vidya Sahay Scheme"**

**2. As per "Meritorious Scholarship Scheme"**
- For Classes 5th to 6th: тВ╣900/- per annum
