**Offline**
**Step 1:** The Directorate of Welfare of Plains Tribes and Backward Classes, Assam, will advertise the scheme in print and electronic media, along with the prescribed format of the application form.

Applicants are advised to retain a copy of the submitted application and acknowledgment for future reference.
