Eligibility

1. The applicant should be a citizen of India. 1. The applicant should be a domicile / permanent resident of the state of Jammu & Kashmir. 1. The applicant should be a Person with Disability (PwD) (total/partial absence of sight). 1. The age of the applicant should be between 6 to 21 years.

How to Apply
