**Eligible Activity****Quantum of Assistance per project** 1. Implementation of cleaner production technology in place of existing processes such as substitution and optimization of raw materials, reduction water consumption or energy consumption, or waste generation1. Upto 35% of the cost of plant and machinery with a ceiling of ₹35,00,000/- during the operative period of the scheme for MSME. 2. Upto 10% of the cost of plant and machinery with a ceiling of ₹35,00,000/- during the operative period of the scheme for large projects.2. Any other environment management project with the use of Clean, Efficient, and Innovative Pollution Control Equipment1. Upto 25% of the cost of plant and machinery with a ceiling of ₹35,00,000/- during the operative period of the scheme for MSME. 2. Upto 10% of the cost of plant and machinery with a ceiling of ₹35,00,000/- during the operative period of the scheme for large projects. **Sanctioning Authority:** Assistance under the scheme will be sanctioned by State Level Empowered Committee and assistance will be disbursed by Industries Commissionerate.
1. The industry/unit must be registered under relevant industrial laws in Gujarat. 1. The industry/unit must comply with existing environmental regulations and standards. 1. The industry/unit must be engaged in manufacturing or production activities. 1. The industry/unit must undertake projects focused on environmental protection measures.
