• Should have a minimum of 5 acres of legally owned land (by direct purchase or lease from the State Government).
• Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) must be registered under Companies Act/ Societies Registration Act/Partnership Act/ LLP.
• Park area should be expanded up to minimum 5 acres in outlying districts and minimum 2 acres in Kolkata and Howrah.
• The individual units have complied with all the necessary clearances for land conversion, fire licence, environmental issues, building plan etc.

7. **Step 5:** It will redirect to the dashboard of the SAIP portal.
8. **Step 6:** On successful registration the login credentials will be received in the registered email.
