West Bengal Incentive Scheme for Approved Industrial Park (SAIP) for MSMEs: Reimbursement of Stamp Duty
“Reimbursement of Stamp Duty” under the “SAIP for MSMEs” scheme, aims to provide reimbursement of stamp duty paid by the SPV for registration of land documents.
Approved Industrial Park shall be entitled to reimbursement of stamp duty paid by the SPV for registration of land documents within the State relating to purchase of land for development up of the AIP.
Eligibility (who can apply)
Should be a Private sector entity or Existing/ Operational industrial parks.
Should have a minimum of 5 acres of legally owned land (by direct purchase or lease from the State Government).
Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) must be registered under Companies Act/ Societies Registration Act/Partnership Act/ LLP.
Park area should be expanded up to minimum 5 acres in outlying districts and minimum 2 acres in Kolkata and Howrah.
The individual units have complied with all the necessary clearances for land conversion, fire licence, environmental issues, building plan etc.
