For Postgraduate courses in the above fields and other technical/professional courses: Hostellers: â‚ą1,860/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: â‚ą960/- per month for 12 months.

Eligibility (who can apply)
The applicant should be a resident of Delhi.
The applicant should belong to the SC/ST/OBC/Minority category.
The applicant should be enrolled in a recognized school, college, or institution in India.
The applicant should be a student.
The applicant should have secured a 60% or above marks in the previous examination.
If the applicant is from OBC/Minority Community, his/her annual family income should not exceed â‚ą2,00,000/-.

**Step 2:** On the top right corner of the homepage, click “[Login/Register](https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/Account/Login)”, then click “[Register](https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/in/en/Account/Register.html)".
You will be taken to the "Citizen Registration Form".
Carefully read the “Guidelines for Online Registration” provided at the bottom of the page.
**Step 3:** In the Citizen Registration Form, select "Aadhaar Card" as the Document Type, and provide the Aadhaar Number.
