- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana. - The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Caste category. - The applicant's annual family income should not exceed тВ╣3,00,000/-. - The applicant should be in the age group of 18 to 45 years. - The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience of the scheme. - The applicant should not have misused the previous loan obtained from the Corporation. - The applicant should not have any other similar unit. - The applicant should not be a defaulter of the Corporation/banks.
**Online** **Step 1:** Visit the official website of the "[Antyodaya SARAL](https://saralharyana.gov.in/login.do?)" Portal. **Step 2:** In the "SIGN IN HERE" section, click "New user? Register here". **Step 3:** The registration form will open in a new window of the browser. Fill in all the mandatory fields of the form. Create a strong password. The password should be at least '9' characters with at least one special character(!@#$%^&*), one numeric, one small case and one upper case letter (i.e ADmin@357). Fill in the captcha code and click "Submit". **Step 4:** An OTP will be sent to the email ID and the Mobile Number provided in the registration form.
