The applicant must be a senior citizen aged 60 years or above.

**Offline**
**Step 1:** The interested applicant should take a printout of the [prescribed format](https://yatradham.gujarat.gov.in/Documents/Scheme_2022-8-23_752.pdf) of the application form.
**Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields (details of the authorized travel agent/organizer, details of the pilgrims), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
**Step 3:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to your nearest District Social Welfare Office.
