  2. **Step 1:** The interested applicant should visit the Kala Academy, Goa, and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the [**Office of Tiatr Academy of Goa**](https://www.goa.gov.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/3RD-ALL-GOA.pdf#:~:text=Detailed%20Rules%20and%20Regulations%20of%20the%20competition%2C,is%20June%206%2C%202025%20during%20office%20hours.), Block A, 2nd Floor, Campal Trade Centre, Campal, Panaji, Goa.
  3. **Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
  4. **Step 3:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the academy staff.
