The student must be from a family of weavers who are members of Primary Weaver Cooperative Societies affiliated to the State Handloom Union, Raipur.
The student must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
The student's mother/father must be a regular member of a weaver cooperative society.
The student must have secured admission in the first year of Engineering/Medical/CA/MBA course in any government college.
More than 50% of the parent's income should be from weaving.

**Offline**
**Step 1:** The interested applicant should take print of the [prescribed format](https://www.cgapexhandloom.org.in/sites/default/files/page-documents/Bunkar-Schlorship_high_edu_0.pdf) of the application form.
**Step 2:** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
**Step 3:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents within the prescribed period (if any), to the Primary Weaver Cooperative Society.
**Step 4:** The Primary Weaver Cooperative Society will verify the details, complete their formalities, add their remarks, and forward the application to the concerned District Handloom Office.
The District Handloom Office will compile all received applications.
**Step 5:** A selection committee consisting of the Deputy/Assistant Director of the District Handloom Office and a nominated President/Representative of a weaver society in the district will review the applications.
The committee will organize a meeting to select eligible members and verify the applications.
