4. Click on **“How to Apply”** on menu bar.
5. Read the instructions carefully, after that click on the checkbox to agree terms and then "**Proceed for Registration"**.
6. After proceed, the Registration form will be opened.
7. Fill up the registration formand click on **“Submit”** button.
8. Now set and confirm a password after filling all the details very carefully.
