AI Astrologer

The model never calculates anything. It receives your chart as structured data — positions, houses, dashas, the yoga and dosha findings with their conditions — and puts it into words. If a value is not in that data, the honest answer is that it is not available, and that is what it is instructed to say.

The AI astrologer needs the API to be connected

This build has no API endpoint configured, so the chat is not available. It is not disabled as a placeholder — the language-model provider keys live on the server and must never be shipped to a browser, so there is no version of this feature that runs without a backend.

To enable it

  1. 1. Deploy the Laravel API in apps/api and set AI_PROVIDER plus that provider's API key in its environment.
  2. 2. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE in this app's build environment to the API's /api/v1 URL.
  3. 3. Rebuild — the value is baked in at build time.

Everything else on this site — charts, dashas, yogas, panchang, matching, muhurat — is computed in your browser and works without any of this.

What it is instructed never to do

  • Compute or estimate a position, house, dasha date or score.
  • Predict death, lifespan or serious illness, or give medical advice of any kind.
  • Guarantee a financial, career or relationship outcome.
  • Say that a ritual, gemstone or donation is required, or that harm follows from skipping one.
  • Claim scientific validity or an accuracy percentage.
  • Present house-based or dasha-based statements confidently when the birth time is marked approximate or unknown.
