Sidereal, not tropical
This is the sidereal Pisces — measured against the fixed stars, the way Vedic astrology has always measured it. Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac, anchored to the spring equinox, and the two have drifted about 24° apart since they last coincided. That is why your Vedic sign is usually the one before your Western one, and why the date the Sun enters sidereal Aries is mid-April rather than 21 March.
