Your personal health guidance assistant. Tell us what's bothering you — we'll share possible causes, a risk level, and your next step. This is guidance, not a diagnosis.
This provides health information and guidance only — not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact 108/112 or a doctor immediately.
No diagnosis and no medicine doses. You get a risk level, possible causes and a clear next step.
Chest pain / possible cardiac warning
108Chest pain, stroke signs and breathing problems are flagged at once with a direct call button for 108.
Use it in Hindi or English. Speak your symptoms instead of typing in browsers with voice support.
Describe how you feel in your own words. HealthOS AI runs a rule-based triage engine directly in your browser, asks a few follow-up questions when they matter, and then shows possible causes, a colour-coded risk level, an action plan and the type of doctor to consult.
Any fever with neck stiffness?
Possible stroke signs
Face drooping, arm weakness or speech difficulty: every minute matters.
Emergency? Call 108When your description matches a known warning sign, HealthOS AI skips the follow-up questions and shows a red emergency screen with a one-tap call to 108. If you feel very unwell, do not wait for any app: call 108 or 112, or go to the nearest hospital.
Covers common complaints such as fever, cough, headache, stomach pain, diarrhoea, back pain and skin rash. Results include possible causes, the risk level, an action plan and the right specialist.

The symptom checker, risk checks and results work fully in Hindi and English, and voice input listens in the language you choose. The telemedicine video room interface can be set to English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati or Kannada, and low-data mode starts the call audio-only for slow connections.
No. It gives health information and guidance: possible causes, a risk level and a suggested next step. Only a qualified doctor can diagnose you after an examination and, where needed, tests.
Your words are matched against a built-in list of common symptoms and emergency warning signs. The level is then adjusted for how long you have had symptoms, your age and your answers to a few follow-up questions. The result is Low, Medium, High or Emergency.
If your description matches a red-flag pattern such as chest pain, severe breathing difficulty or stroke signs, the app skips the follow-up questions and shows an emergency alert with a button to call 108. If you feel very unwell, call 108 or 112 straight away.
The symptom checker runs in your browser. Past checks are saved only in this browser's local storage on this device, and you can clear them from the History page. An approximate location is looked up only to show nearby care.
Yes. Switch between English and Hindi at the top of any page. In browsers that support speech recognition, the microphone button lets you speak your symptoms in Hindi or Indian English.
No. The telemedicine page creates a free video room on Jitsi Meet. You share the link with your own licensed doctor. HealthOS does not provide, recommend or verify doctors.
For some mild symptoms it lists general over-the-counter relief categories, never a specific medicine or dose. Ask a pharmacist or doctor before taking anything, especially for children, during pregnancy or with other medicines.
Yes. There is no account, sign-up or payment. Open the symptom checker and start describing how you feel.
