Privacy policy

VowVerse stores the information you enter to build your invitation, your account email and password hash, and the payment records needed to prove your purchase. Payments are processed by the payment gateway; we never see card numbers.

Guests

Guests who RSVP share their name, optional contact details and message with the couple only. Invitation analytics count views using a daily-rotating hash of connection details; no cookies are set on guests and no advertising identifiers are used.

Your rights

Delete an invitation and its RSVPs at any time from the dashboard. Contact support to delete your account entirely.

Third parties

Google Maps loads only when a guest asks to see the map. YouTube/Vimeo load only when a guest presses play. Google sign-in is used only if you choose it.
